Order Timelines

Order timelines vary depending on the piece.

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Made-to-order pieces typically take approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery from the date of purchase. If a piece is made to order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and when adding the piece to your cart.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All Livadia orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or FedEx and are fully insured in transit. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Orders under $1,000 are shipped via UPS. Orders over $1,000 are shipped via FedEx.

Signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

Livadia ships internationally to select destinations via FedEx Express at a flat rate of $50 USD. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

All international orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card used for purchase.

International orders are fully insured in transit.

Taxes, duties, tariffs and customs charges are not collected by Livadia at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable charges are determined by the relevant local authorities and may be due upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays. Livadia has no control over customs clearance times.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by FedEx, UPS, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside Livadia's control may occasionally occur.
